生化机理 蛋白酶抑制剂,是一种水溶性的不可逆的丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂,它抑制蛋白酶如: 胰凝乳蛋白酶(chymotrypsin), 激肽释放酶(kallikrein), 血纤维蛋白溶酶(plasmin), 凝血酶(thrombin), 和胰蛋白酶(trypsin),有点类似于抑制剂PMSF, 不过 AEBSF 在低PH条件下更稳定。典型使用浓度为:0.1 - 1.0 mM.广谱,不可逆的丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂。抑制诸如胰凝乳蛋白酶,激肽释放酶,纤溶酶,凝血酶和胰蛋白酶的蛋白酶。稳定,无毒的PMSF替代品。

4-(2-氨乙基)苯磺酰氟盐酸盐(AEBSF)已用作:
血浆样品中的蛋白酶抑制剂,以防止酰基化胃饥饿素(AG)降解
SVSP抑制或AEBSF测定中的蛇毒丝氨酸蛋白酶(SVSP)抑制剂,以测定SVSP的参与度对纤维蛋白原凝血活性的影响
NP-40裂解缓冲液的组分,以重悬细胞微球制备细胞裂解物

4-(2-Aminoethyl)benzenesulfonyl fluoride hydrochloride (AEBSF) has been used:
as a protease inhibitor in plasma samples to prevent acylated ghrelin (AG) degradation
as a snake venom serine proteinase (SVSP) inhibitor in SVSP inhibition or AEBSF assay to test the involvement of SVSPs on the fibrinogen-clotting activity
as a component in NP-40 lysis buffer to resuspend cell pellets for preparing cell lysates
Recommended concentrations for use are 0.1-1 mM.
