生化机理 | 蛋白酶抑制剂,是一种水溶性的不可逆的丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂,它抑制蛋白酶如: 胰凝乳蛋白酶(chymotrypsin), 激肽释放酶(kallikrein), 血纤维蛋白溶酶(plasmin), 凝血酶(thrombin), 和胰蛋白酶(trypsin),有点类似于抑制剂PMSF, 不过 AEBSF 在低PH条件下更稳定。典型使用浓度为:0.1 - 1.0 mM.广谱,不可逆的丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂。抑制诸如胰凝乳蛋白酶,激肽释放酶,纤溶酶,凝血酶和胰蛋白酶的蛋白酶。稳定,无毒的PMSF替代品。 |
