产品介绍	人血清白蛋白（HSA）由肝实质细胞合成，是人血浆中含量最高的蛋白，可作为载体运输脂肪酸、氨基酸等营养物质，同时能够调节血浆pH和维持血浆渗透压，是动物细胞培养基中的重要组分之一。重组人白蛋白是利用基因重组技术从毕赤酵母中表达纯化得到的重组人血清白蛋白，不含有动物源成分，无任何血源性病毒感染风险，与血清来源白蛋白（pHSA）相比具有更高的安全性和稳定性，可用于多种类型的细胞培养，如间充质干细胞（MSC），胚胎干细胞（ESC），诱导多能干细胞（iPSC）和免疫细胞等。使用方法 rHA溶液可直接使用。开启后，请尽快使用，避免污染。应用领域可用于动物细胞培养、血浆基质对照、体外诊断等。注意事项本产品仅用于科研、实验室和生产使用，非临床治疗使用，不得用于动物及人体。规格参数蛋白质含量（Protein content）：20%±1% 纯度（Purity）：≥ 99.0% (USP-NF2023) HCP：≤ 500 ng/g (ELISA) 分子量（Molecular weight）：66.5±6.7 kDa pH：6.4-7.4 内毒素（Endotoxin）：≤ 0.5 EU/ml Human albumin is synthesized by hepatic parenchymal cells and is the most abundant protein in human plasma. Human albumin has a variety of physiological and pharmacological functions, including antioxidant activity, esterase activity, osmotic pressure regulation, and the binding and transport ability of many endogenous and exogenous compounds. It is one of the important components in animal cell culture medium. ARTrHA is a recombinant human albumin expressed and purified from Pichia pastoris by genetic recombination technology. ARTrHA does not contain animal-derived components and has no risk of blood-borne virus infection. Compared with serum derived albumin, ARTrHA has higher safety and stability, and can be used in various types of cell culture. Method of application ARTrHA solution can be used directly. Once opened, please use it as soon as possible to avoid contamination.
