生化机理 Morin hydrate 是一种具有抗氧化特性的类黄酮。莫林不仅能清除氧自由基,还能适度抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶(一种产生自由基的酶)。浓度为 75-100 微摩尔时,吗啉可抑制自由基或 Cu2+ 对低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的氧化作用。据报道,吗啉在体外和体内都能抑制大鼠脑磷酸二酯肌醇磷酸激酶的活性。
