生化机理 泻药/泻药化合物;通过释放内源性乙酰胆碱增加肠道平滑肌的收缩。抗肿瘤活性与活性氧(ROS)的产生增加有关,ROS 的产生反过来又会降低线粒体跨膜电位,从而诱发通透性转换,引发一系列事件,最终导致细胞凋亡。基因毒性和诱变性似乎是由于芦荟大黄素抑制了拓扑异构酶 II 的活性。
