产品介绍

220℃升华。室温下微溶于水,在100℃时溶解度大增(1:40)得到腺嘌呤三水合物晶体。它与无机酸、苦味酸等形成容易结晶的盐。易溶于碱。以氨基丙二脒双盐酸和二甲基甲酰胺为原料制取,存在于DNA和RNA中四种含氮碱基之一,也是腺嘌呤核音酸ATP、ADP、AMP和其他代谢辅助因子,如FAD和NAD牛的碱基。在DNA中与胸腺嘧啶(T)配对,RNA中与尿嘧啶(U)配对。
